This Environmental policy outlines Hystream Developments (HYD) commitment to improving the environment impacted by global challenges such as population growth, industrialisation, climate change, reduction in biodiversity and increasing energy demands. This policy is effective from May 2024.

We aim to:

• Be responsible environmental stewards who promote a conscientious approach across the projects we work on and in our daily corporate activities
• Identify and manage our environmental impacts to protect the environment and prevent pollution events
• Be conscious and efficiently use natural resources in our project work, across our corporate activities and office locations

In our work, we will:

• Engage with our clients, stakeholders and partners to actively search for environmental improvements on the projects we work on

• Make decisions based on a clear view of the environmental outcomes and associated impacts
• Promote social value, environmental protection and sustainability within the projects we work on and across our partnership and supply chain
• Ensure that our supply chains environmental credentials are equal to our own or higher
• Continually improve and target ISO14001 certification.

This policy is set by the Hystream Developments Board and reviewed and approved annually. We are committed to implementing this policy across the Hystream Developments.
